FORMAT REQUIREMENTS:
Production Time - Please allow up to 72 hours.
Logo - Only in PNG format, and the size of the file doesn’t matter but the
image has to be within 22 pixels high x 140 pixels wide.
Audio - MP3 must be converted to FLV format and then it can be uploaded,
25MB max.
•All clients must submit FLV or SWF audio sampled in Stereo at 44.1 KHz
•All "open page" audio (where there are separate audio files on left and right
sides) must be recorded as one audio file, with the appropriate pause in
between.
•All audio files must be named corresponding to the pages they appear in the
DigiBook. (The title page is always "0" when counting DigiBook pages)
•Client must edit audio (remove "dead air"/cues) to ensure best experience.
•Client should "Master" the audio for volume & equalization before
submitting.
**NOTE: Audio and video playback performance is always affected by your
computer speed and broadband connection.
Video - FLV or SWF, 25MB max
PDF - All fonts embedded one file in single page format, no crop marks,
150dpi, all pages the same size, we would appreciate if all files were
optimized for web and are sent in at 50MB or less. Fix transparencies through
the pdf/transparency setting and select high resolution.
Hyperlinks - Are to be created in Adobe Pro, we cannot guarantee that all
links will be picked up unless they are created in Adobe Pro.
Book Marks - Our software picks up any book marks created in the pdf
document, if you take the time to book mark your articles they will appear as a
drop down list in the menu bar of the turn-page viewer.
